The eight planets are: mercury, venus, earth, mars, jupiter, saturn, uranus, and nuptune.

unlike star, planets do not shine under there own power , but simply reflect the light of there star.

The sun, the moon, the earth, and the milky way are the only clelestial bodies that require the article (as far as i can remember).

if you insist on including pluto, it would come after neptune on yhe list solar system planets:order of the 8 (or 9) planets.

when the robotic probe new horizons flew past pluto in 2015 it took enough photos to give us a good look the dwarf planet's colur. it turned out that mostly shades of reddish brown.

the solar system consists of 8 planets and one sun.

the moon , the sun and all those object shining in the night sky are called celestial bodies.

the solar system is made up of all the planets that orbit around sun.

In addition to planets the solar syatem also consist of moon , comets , asteroids, minor planets , dust and gas.
